Shipping policy

At Sub Volcano, we aim to make every delivery straightforward, traceable, and clearly communicated. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are prepared, dispatched, tracked, and delivered after a purchase is completed through our online store.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully confirmed. Our standard processing period is generally 1–3 business days.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may occasionally require additional time.

Once an order has entered the fulfilment process, changes to the delivery address or order details may no longer be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Products may be dispatched through different logistics partners depending on the destination, product availability, and the most suitable delivery route.

Estimated delivery times are generally:

Italy: 5–10 business days
European destinations: 6–12 business days
International destinations: 7–15 business days

These periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs procedures, local carrier operations, severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, customers will receive shipment information after the parcel has been dispatched. Tracking updates may require 24–72 hours to become visible after the shipping confirmation is issued.

For international shipments, a parcel may be transferred from one logistics provider to a local delivery company. In these cases, tracking information may change or temporarily pause while the parcel is transferred between carriers.

Multiple Parcels

An order containing several products may occasionally be divided into separate shipments. This can happen when products are prepared from different fulfilment locations.

Separate parcels may arrive on different days even though they belong to the same order. No additional shipping charge will be requested solely because an order has been divided into multiple parcels.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Sub Volcano cannot guarantee successful delivery where incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information has been submitted by the customer.

If a parcel is returned because delivery could not be completed, please contact our customer service team so that the available options can be reviewed.

Delayed Shipments

A tracking status that remains unchanged for several days does not necessarily mean that a parcel has been lost. International parcels can travel between logistics facilities without receiving a new public tracking scan at every stage.

If a shipment significantly exceeds its expected delivery period, contact us at subvolcano@outlook.it. We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the relevant logistics provider.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If you believe that your parcel has been lost during transportation, please contact us with your order details.

For products that arrive damaged, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs showing the product, packaging, and damage. This information allows us to assess the situation and determine the appropriate solution.

Customs and Import Requirements

International orders may be subject to customs procedures or import requirements imposed by the destination country. Any applicable obligations depend on local regulations and the circumstances of the shipment.

Customs processing can occasionally extend the estimated delivery period.
