Follow Your Order from Dispatch to Delivery
Once your Sub Volcano order has been prepared and handed to the logistics provider, tracking information may become available for the shipment.
Understanding Tracking Updates
Tracking normally moves through several stages, which can include:
Shipment information received — The shipment has been registered with the logistics network.
In transit — Your parcel is moving through the carrier's network.
Arrived at local facility — The parcel has reached a facility closer to the delivery destination.
Out for delivery — The local carrier is preparing to attempt delivery.
Delivered — The carrier has recorded the shipment as delivered.
The exact wording varies between carriers.
Tracking Hasn't Changed
A lack of recent scans does not automatically indicate a problem.
Some transportation stages generate fewer public updates, particularly when parcels are moving between different logistics networks.
If your parcel significantly exceeds the expected delivery timeframe, email subvolcano@outlook.it with your order number and we will review the available information.
